I'm a leadership trainer and speaker, and the freelance resource behind training agencies and L&D providers. My focus: how leaders stay clear-headed under pressure, communicate so people actually move, and build resilience that lasts.

Second, AI leadership: how to introduce AI in a team or organization, work with resistance, and build everyday AI routines that survive the pilot phase. Available as keynote, training or multi-module program, in English or German, under your brand.
How current is the AI training content?
I rebuild it continuously, because I run my own business on AI workflows I build and use daily. What your clients' leaders learn is what works right now, not last year's slide deck. The field moves monthly, and the content moves with it.
